Wind ratings can only be ascertained according to the position the buildings are finally located & method of securing to the ground. They can obviously withstand fierce winds as proven in transport of speeds up to 100k on most highways & gusts increasing up to a further 50km, so in some cases have endured 150km without any failures.

All buildings come with our compliance plate, all built to our strict specifications, any engineering details, specifications & certificates need to be organised & paid for prior to manufacturing.

Please note:
As portable buildings are not defined as a permanent structure and have not had a Australian Standard drawn up for them as yet, the standards solely rely on the manufacturing companies to manufacture them to a suitable standard to comply to there needs, along with the rigidity for transportation.

Each portable building manufactured by Leased Portable Buildings comes with our compliance plate identifying a serial number along with a 12 month warranty covering all materials & workmanship, after 34 years manufacturing such buildings our own fleet built to the same standards, which have passed some incredible tests well above what is expected, mostly by vandals, customers, machinery & weather. Obviously it is in our interest to have our buildings last.

By arrangement please, we are happy to show customers our production line & just what we do to produce a longer lasting portable building.
